[Supras] Occasional start failures

For as long as I can remember, I can corroborate Jim's troubles, but maybe
not to his extent.

A fresh (over night) start is just fine. When I let it rest after a trip,
the first time I turn the key, I hold for about 3-4 cracks, nothing happens.
If I stop and try and crank it again, it starts up on the first crank.

I truly don't think that I have ever had the car start on my first key turn
after a stopping period. ALWAYS the first crank on the second key turn. It
has become so natural to me, I don't even realize that it happens most of
the time. (Like the whole pushing the button to get the key out. If you ask
me quickly, I'll probably deny that the Supra is like that, because I don't
realize it!)
