[Supras] Charging System Problem

Hey all you Gurus,

 

I just recently (last 2 wks) replaced the alternator and belts and for some
reason the charging system doesn't seem to be working properly.  The battery
voltage reads just under 12V with the engine on, should be reading 14-15V.
The Battery Light, Brake Light and Tail Light indicators are all on on the
dash.  What should I be looking for to correct this?
