It's a standard Bosch O2 sensor adapter so you could probably source from local auto parts stores or I'm sure Innovate would be glad to sell you one.

that's exactly what im doing. I had it installed on my old supra using the plate that was for that stock O2. but I don't have a plate for my new supra.

My Innovate LC-1 came with the Bosch WB O2 sensor and an adapter plate it screwed into that allowed me to install it in the stock location. Is that what you're referring to? It also came with a weldable threaded bung that I didn't use as I placed the WB in the stock location. I used the narrow band output to ECU - instead of placing the WB further downstream.

Anyone know where to get the plate that the O2 sensor screws into? I have a new sensor and my old one has the plate as part of the sensor.
