[Supras] 89 Supra lost power on highway, help!

So I should have just ignore that the journals were were out? 

After resurfacing them, I did hear less noise and had more oil pressure. 

Still waiting to see/hear if indeed the timing belt did go, hopefully should hear something today on it.
