Finally, I got around to finishing up the install and the car runs great with just the base settings at the quick setup values :)

I hooked up in speed density mode so I replaced the MAF with a 4" piece of aluminum pipe. Went with the SupraSport complete kit including electronic boost control and LC1 WB O2 sensor. 
I also installed SSQV BOV and left the stock BOV, both vented to atmosphere.
TheLC1 is installed in the stock location  so I used output 1 programmed to output narrow band analog to the stock ECU and send the output 2 wideband to the MAFT-Pro. I do have a check engine light which I haven't yet checked out but I suspect it may be the stock O2 heater circuit throwing a code as the stock O2 sensor heater circuit measured ~ 6 ohms resistance and all I had was a 1/4 watt 10 ohm resistor to try and fool it.

The car idles smoother than ever before and the chug-alug I would see at near 0 boost appears to have vanished. Now I can start fooling around with incremental changes to further improve performance as driveability appears to have materialized right out of the box.
