[Supras] 89 Supra lost power on highway, help!

I was hearing noise in the engine/had lower oil pressure, so I had my mech go in to do my Valve shims(which I thought were the problem) and per Bernie's advice (THANK YOU BERNIE!!), tested the Cam journals as well and yep, the Cam Journals were worn out and sloppy.
