[Supras] Supra List Shim Kit

I started the assortment and then various people have added/deleted shims 
from it as they needed.  If nobody needs it right now, you can send it to me 
and I'll clean everything up so it's ready to go again.  Thanks.

I have a bunch of MKIV shims now as well, if anyone needs those (actually, 
they might be the same, I'm not sure).
