Just a note..the EPA is looking to lower 'safe ozone' standards, and
critics are saying theyre not low enough.

About 350 US counties will be affected and now possibly ineligible for
Federal transportation funds unless they get 'cleaner'.   If they go
farther, it will affect many hundreds more.


The slow steady march of emissions testing, as ive said before, is inevitable.
