[Supras] Fan issues

It could be the resistor assembly.  A cheap and easy fix, so you should 
replace it as a matter of course.  Be careful with that flimsy piece as you 
can easily break it by touching it.

If that doesn't do it, you could have a motor failure.  I had it happen in 
my Supra.  Any car north of the 30th parallel after 200K on the clock will 
have a well used blower motor.  Mine failed as you described.  Replaced it 
from an auto parts store.  I think Seamens is the major aftermarket 
supplier.  Toyota OEM was way overpriced (shock).

It's an easy 1 hour job.  You gotta remove a couple of trim pieces down 
there, but I was quite pleased on how easy that job was.
