[Supras] still more google supra advertising

I use Gmail as my main account so I see these same advertisements every
time I read email from the Supras list.  However, I thought I would
chime in about Phoenix Tuning.  I have not personally had any work done
by him but know of at least one person who has and is extremely happy
with the work.  I have talked to Dr. Tweak (Phoenix Tuning) a few times
and he seems very knowledgeable and friendly (does not come off as a
know-it-all or that he is above you in some way).  He is a member of
several forums as well.
