[Supras] Knock sensors

This is the first time I’ve posted a question here. I have an ’87 Supra
Turbo. I got the car in the mid-’90s, sold it, then bought it back (same
car) last year. I’ve been trying to repair the damage that occurred while
it was out of my hands.
 
My question: In the TSRM, pg. F1-32, there is a chart showing that KNK#1 is
to the left of KNK#2. Is that correct? And is KNK#1 the one at the front of
the engine?
