[Supras] What is this button

Yeah, that's what remains when then seat back position plastic lever breaks
or falls off.  I *think* it's just the fulcrum for the lever, though, it
doesn't actually actuate anything.  The actuation for the seat back is
either above it or below (been a while, can't remember).

On the drivers seat - just above the paddle switch that moves the power seat
front/back, up/down there is a small black nipple, maybe 1/2 inch long with
a white plastic piece coming out through the center which you can push in.
Can someone tell me what the heck this thing is? I can't twist it, turn it
or push it.

Making me nuts!
