[Supras] Dampener torque

I just caught your other post saying you are/were a boat mech...
I have an excellent condition 1988 21' Checkmate with a built 225HP 
engine on a 220EFI frame.  I'm going to put the rails back on the nose, 
but otherwise it's complete.
