[Supras] Speedometer problem

The speedo has a small amount of adjustment
available to it. On the instrument itself,
there's a lever on a detent hta allows you to
adjust the preload on the spring so that the
speedo can be more accurate. (This does not
affect the odometer at all, just the speedo.)

I have mine set to be within 1 km/h at 120. As
it sits, now my GPS reads 120km/h and the GPS
says 119.
