[Supras] Problem with Overheating

Hi Guys, Got a issue with a 89 Supra 7MGTE Targa Manual.

Rebuilt top end of engine and turbo. New Fuel management system
currently it is running really rich in spots but we are working on this
with a new fuel reg etc.

At idle and in traffic it is overheating at times or just looses about
500ml of water a day.

Pressure tested system for coolant leeks etc. Runs at about 15 - a peek
of 17 PSI on Coolant Pressure tests. No leeks found.

We think the 15 psi radiator cap is releasing the pressure a little
early wondering what a factory cap runs at.

Also if anyone has tried a 20psi cap on a supra and if they have had
simular problems with heat issues on a MIII?
