[Supras] High pressure power steering line

I did mine in a few hours with beer and a cigar to aid in concentration. IIRC the passenger side rack mount had to be completely removed to allow the rack to be lifted high enough and the drivers side rack mount also had to be loosened. Wasn't terribly difficult as I recall lying under the car while it was on ramps.

 I have a leak on my 89T. How hard is it to replace the line?
Can I replace it with out removing the rack? I already have
a new line and I wondering if I should tackle it my self.
 If I do take it to a shop, what do you think would be a good price for
 replacing it?
