[Supras] Speedometer problem

I removed the rear transmission support and supported the trans
with a jack. Then I put on the new cable (short). The speedometer &
cruise works now. It is quiet now,but still on cold mornings the meter 
will show more MPH than I am going. I am going to try and lube the upper 
cable. Thanks to all that responded on this and gave all of their suggestions.
  I got another problem that I will address in another message.
