When I adjusted the throttle position sensor I removed the Idle speed
control so I could reach the lower screw. Put it back together and now the
car idles at 1100 rpm. The only thing I can think of is that maybe the check
valve fell out as I was putting it together. Would this cause high idle? I
don't know how the ISC works... The TSRM is no help. Can anyone shed some
light on how it effects idle speed?
