It would seem more than a little ridiculous to have a dealer only bulb for the fogs when the 
headlights are standard 2B1 lamps that you can get anywhere for a couple bucks, doesn't it?

All of the bulbs in the car are standard parts.

Now the fog light LENS is going to be a dealer only part.  I don't know what they'd cost 
where you are, but I'd expect the lens itelf to be under $100.  Last time I checked into 
this, the whole assembly, including the bracket was $141 CAD, and that was when $1 USD was 
worth about $1.35 CAD.  (And ironically, I was watching the lenses go used on eBay for $250 
USD.)
