[Supras] Upper mounts??

Question about upper mounts for the mk3, if you use the 'pillow ball'
type offered by some manufacturers, does this completely replace the
stock upper mounts? I've priced the OEM pieces and they're expensive as
figured so I'm wondering if I could replace them all together with
something like a Tein, etc. mount which might give more feedback.
