[Supras] New clutch slipping, shifting problem?

I, unfortunately, HAVE put a car together this way.
No, it doesn't really make that much noise, nothing seemed to be that wrong at first, and
I even drove it that way for a while... Until the flywheel bolts started to loosen, that
is.
Even then, the hydraulic system kept up, and the clutch engagement point seemed normal,
until the clutch wouldn't disengage AT ALL. It seemed that what happened at that point
was that the clutch fork pulled on the pressure plate, and the whole flywheel, clutch
cover and all moved back a bit.
It was making noise shortly afterwards.
Fortunately, no permanent harm was done. Dropped the transmission, tightened up the
flywheel, flipped the clutch disc over, and put it back together, and it's fine now.
Moral: Don't reassemble things when it's already been a long day and you're too tired to
think sraight.
