Now that the N/A engine lives and breathes, I an turning my focus to less important things.

Question 1: How rare or not is it to have cruise control with a five speed? I have personally never heard of it, until this car. What happens in cruise, if you're climbing a hill and the engine needs to shift? Is there a shift light or will my son have to rely on his limited teen-age intuition?

Question 2: Would anybody like to sell me the battery hold-down bracketry? This car has always had a to-small battery held by loops of house wire. (Typical of all the work previously done to this car)

Question 3: Would anyone also like to sell an A/C compressor and brackets? This car came with it ripped out. I assume I will need to rebuild it for R134A; but I have the rest of the winter.

Question 4: Is the heater box or are the passages, etc, prone to plug up, on these cars? You can hear the the fan is on high; but it seems like more air should be flowing...at least compared to other cars I have known. The defrost, in particular, is lethargic; although the little green light for it stays lit.
