[Supras] Whipping noise, throttle control, stock fuel piping

A possibility is the spring/spring seats not seating correctly (can't see why this would go away
when warm). Could also be the actual valve hanging up in the guide. One could imagine a thermal
story that would lead to tighter guide clearances cold, but without good CTE numbers for the parts
it is just speculation that the clearances open up with heat.
I have seen pictures of a 7M head where the hardened seat came loose and wedged the valve open.
That was on a head with the seats replaced, so probably not applicable in your case.
