[Supras] Clunk in Steering Column

Mine's same as Liam N's........Usually I hear it in sharp turn going in and out of my driveway ramp.
 
Back when it was under warranty, I took it to Bel-Air Lexus Toyota in Ottawa Ontario and they fixed it.
