[Supras] Leak

Hey guys, 

Just wondering something.  I just pulled the car out of storage (changed oil, etc), and I noticed a small drip stain (about the size of a dinner plate) right underneath what looks like the rad drain pipe (the one right on the rad, and not the overflow bottle).  I took her for a drive, warmed her up and parked, and this morn, I have the stain (same size roughly) in my parking spot.

I had the water pump gasket changed just before I stored her last fall (gasket had let go after 19 years... Damn Toyota quality ;) ), and now this pops up.  Is there some sort of valve or screw to tighten up?  It drips right from the inside of the hose, so there's no cracks or fissures where it could leaking from higher up.
