[Supras] Help me pass the smog test please

Assuming that first column is CO2, then I calculate that you are running lean.
15mph A/F = 16.887
25mph A/F = 16.602

You can't be running closed loop with those numbers.  Check for codes. I would suspect a vacuum
leak although the ECU should be able to compensate for most small ones. If the O2 sensor was bad
it should run slightly rich, but if the O2 sensor was bad and you had a vac leak you might get
these numbers.  Is this a stock setup, or is there a Lexus MAF in the equation.  

Wouldn't hurt to check your Vf voltage as well. If its running open loop it should read 0V.
