Hi!
    When I ran into this problem it turned out to be a leak around the exhaust manifold gasket, which was actually due to the exhaust studs threads stripping in the cylinder head (you should have all of them heliCoiled).  Even if an exhaust stud is heliCoiled into the head, the nuts need to be retorqued occasionally, but do so on a cold engine (trust me on this one).  So my advise is to check the nuts on the exhaust manifold (90% it's the one on the rear most location that will be loose, start there).
