[Supras] Tail lamp relay problems?

The center stop light is on a separate circuit from the regular stop lights, but they connect
together internally at the failure module.
The most common failure is water getting into the module causing a jumper wire on the sensor board
that burns up and then you have no lights at all. That does not sound like your problem though.
Since you have intermittent issues, I would check the connector solder joint to the module board.
These may have cracked or be high resistance after so many years. To fix use some fresh
electronics grade solder and reflow each pin.
Another possibility is the wire-side connector. Vibration may have broken the wires internally at
the connector. You should see some evidence of high temperatures if that is the case given the
current going through the lights. The wires you want to look at are Red/Blue and Red/White if I
recall correctly (assuming they are the same as my 90T).
