[Supras] Tail lamp relay problems?

That's the relay I'm referring to, everything is clean. I was thinking
the third light operates separate from the lamp failure relay, since the
warning came on to let me know the third light bulb had gone out.
Grounds look good (previously we soldered the grounds on the bulb
housings to the housing instead of using the screws as moisture was
causing problems) I'll start tracing individual wires to see if there's
a small break somewhere, really expected to see a burned out component
or corroded ground, maybe it's just 20 y/o wires.

Check the yellow box for the "tail light failure" module.  Check for
rusted connections to ground, in particular.
