Well, if we look at the way that ABS works, it makes sense that a single solenoid will do 
just fine.

ABS doesn't compare front/rear wheelspeeds, it only looks at the rate of change for each 
wheel.  (If it compared speeds then sharp cornering could throw it off, as the outside front 
wheel goes faster than the inside front wheel, or the rear wheels.)  Basically the ABS 
computer watches the speed sensors to see if anything is stopping faster than what it thinks 
that the car can stop at.  If so, then it acivates the ABS solenoid on that channel.  We can 
still lock the line (though I'd personally do it after the proportioning valve) before the 
ABS actuator.  Since the wheels won't be decellerating, the ABS should have nothing to 
trigger it, and won't cause a problem.
