I've seen the SS elbow.  Looks nice.  Until or unless I hear of people having 
problems with it, I'd consider that as a viable alternative.

The LIPP downpipe, on the other hand seems like a good deal.  It's cheaper than 
the SS elbow + downpipe for any of the manufacturers.  I've been debating this 
myself.

Really, it's a toss-up.  The SS elbow has appeal, because I can do it as an 
incremental upgrade, and if something smacks the front exhaust, I don't need to 
replace it.

On the other hand, the LIPP comes in with a lower price tag, and seems to have a 
number of other advantages.  To me, the chief disadvantage seems to be the 
"Prepay for the order, and you'll get it when you get it." lead time disclaimer.  
I'm not always the most patient once I've started an upgrade...
