[Supras] Anyone have any issues with the Exide Sub

Shouldn't the alternator put out around 13.5 volts... or at least above 12.5
volts at idle?

I would have them test the unit on the car a couple of accessories on. The
alternator has to put out over 12.5 volts with the headlights on or you
wont' make it home

Bob

Several places tested it. Canadian Tire, Part Source. I went to a few stores

and the same result. It passed.

This is the exact same situation when my battery failed before. It will hold

constant at 12 Volts when at idle, sometimes it will drop a bit less. The
last two times I took my battery in when this happened it failed the load
test.

Mike
