[Supras] Timing belt replacement

I figure that since my 89 is approaching 50k on the original timing belt it
may be time to change it.

There is some seepage of oil coming from the front cover so the belt must be
on borrowed time.

With my MR2 the oil pump is behind the timing belt and is the cause of most
of the seepage from the front of the engine but it appears that the oil pump
is located inside the oil pan on this one so what is the most common cause
of the seepage?

I just don't' want to tear down a running car just to find out that I don't
have the parts I need.

I assume I need a water pump just because it is behind the belt, maybe a
tensioner pulley, and cam seals are never a bad idea but what else is there
that I need?
