[Supras] VSV2 purpose

Marty is right, the front VSV is for hot start.

I bypassed mine once to see how it would effect things.  It took about an 
extra 1 second to start under heat soaked engine conditions.  Not a huge 
deal, but somewhat annoying.

Most people tend to lose the VSV when going to an upgraded FPR.  However, I 
have seen a couple of people retain the VSV with an FPR swap out.

For power concerns, I would not want the VSV in the way.  I would want the 
FPR to see all of the boost.  You never know if the VSV could be clogged, 
robbing you of the extra fuel pressure.
