[Supras] ARP-2.2 mm Cometic head bolt retorquing

I was clarifying the terminology. Torque to Yield is commonly used
synonymously with the torque angle method where a bolt is first
torqued then turned a number of degrees to put the bolt in it's
yield region. Nothing (to my knowledge) for the 7M has been
designed to be set using the torque angle method.
