Hmmm

I would say probably not.  The rotors being warped (I hate this term, 
because it's rarely the actual case, but that's a different story) 
should only apply when you're on the brakes.

I would look more at the possibility of other things.  Check your ball 
joints and possibly wheel bearings, too.  I had a shake like that in my 
Previa that turned out to be wheel bearings, for example.

To check them, basically jack up the corner of the car, and see if 
there's any kind of movement in the tire, other than plain rotation.  
You should not have any play in the steering (Assuming that the other 
tire is still on the ground) or in an up/down motion at all.  Any 
movement is an indication of a worn steering or suspension part.
