[Supras] First startup!

Finally got my JDM rebuild started in the '91T for the first time. I
missed a heater hose at the rear of the block, so had to take off the
EGR to get to it, what a PITA.

Initial Lex AFM and fuel pressure settings would be appreciated to just
get it going (550 cc Greddy injectors installed).. I only ran it for
about 3-5 minutes since its late, but it seemed to want high fuel
pressure (almost 50 PSI referred to atmosphere) to idle with the AFM
bypass almost completely closed. Even then the idle would would not be
stable, hunting quickly around 600 RPM and then stalling (did not appear
to be related to 1500 RPM fuel cutoff). Tip-in was awful as well. The
car is up on stands, so has not been moved yet. I swapped engines with
the battery connected, securely taping up the alternator and starter
connectors, so as not to get into airbag problems. So I have not reset
the ECU. The spark sounds a little retarded, but it can't be by much.

So, suggestions for startup fuel and Lex bypass setting would be much
appreciated.

    Thanks.
