I can get you the wiring diagram but it is on line here...
http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/Library/TSRM/MK3/default.aspx
And a lot faster to find stuff
Most of the time the problem is caused by a broken wire in the harness going
from the door to the body.
Almost always on the drivers side.
Look there first before taking apart the switch... Oh wait, I should have
told you this yesterday

Subject: [Supras] 89: Window switch schematics or repair needed
So I have a 89 whose window on the driver's side like to work ok, the
passenger one does not(it moves the window up fine, and rarely does it like
to push the window back up), the pass side single switch doesn't work at
all.
Got a used switch and decided to take it apart and clean up the contacts,
but while putting it back together, some things I have no clue where they
go(the spring w/ a L shape and those white plastic pieces that go under the
driver's side switch).
Does anyone have pictures of these broken down? A website showing this
perhaps? Or as a last ditch, does anyone want to put this back together,
test it and make sure the contacts are in fact clean and working well? I'll
of course pay for shipping both ways and something else too.
Thanks!
Tom
