[Supras] Question on Intercooler Kits

Dan, FWIW the recirculation fitting does not match the OD of the
accordion pipe fittings so you'll have to do some sort of customizing. I
have the fitting in place solely because it's quieter than the shrieking
fin that comes in the SSQV. I took the HKS recirc fitting, cut it short
and used a 3/4" copper fitting placed inside of the recirc fitting to
create a piece that would allow a single size hose back to the accordion
pipe. I didn't realize while doing this that I had placed the BOV flange
too close to the accordian pipe to allow a hose to run between the two.
So for now it's still run to atmosphere.
You'll like the feel of freeing up that lost pressure, seemed to make
the car feel more awake.

This is what I seem to recall as well, that the AMS unit is a direct
take on the Cartech.
I'm also looking for a new IC setup, this is going to be my next
performance mod, since I have a 3" plus turbo- back exhaust system on
the way.
So far, my thoughts are that the AMS kit at Suprastore.com seems like
about the best overall package deal. I'd like to go with the HKS SSQV
BOV, but with the recirculation fitting, since I'm planning on sticking
with the AFM. (I have the Lexus AFM.)
