[Supras] Spring removal from shock problems?

Cut a slot in the top of the shaft and jury rig a tool to keep it from rotating.

I can't make a tool to fit a lower grove and compress the sprig/perch
from the bottom enough to remove the clip, then the springs could come
off from the bottom.

If you can get a die grinder or Dremel tool in there you can cut the
nuts off.
