[Supras] headlight motors etc

Anyone fix this yet?  I've found the exact same damned
problem on an '85 mk2.  Headlights go up/down properly
but the lights do not turn on.  I've ohmed out and tested
nearly every wire, connection, etc.  It all specs out.
The lights do turn on when I jumper 2 and 8 on the light
retaining relay with a piece of wire in the back of the
connector.  This tells me something is up with the relay,
however we have put this relay in another '85 and it worked.

Tailights work too which route through the same relay.
