I myself would go with Toytoa OEM for the timing belt.  (In fact, that's exactly what I am 
going with for my ongoing turbo swap.)

For other things to do, I suppose that you've already been told to replace all of the seals 
that you can access.

If you're re-shimming the valves, I'd also replace the valve stem seals.
