[Supras] Problems with Sound Performance

Anyone else have horrid support from Sound Performance? I sent my SP61GT to them to be repaired 3 weeks ago and have yet to be given an ETA on when it will be done, after repeated emails to them. literally the only thing they've told me is "its at the repair shop, i'll contact them for a timeframe" with no followup email. I will prob never do business with them ever again.
