[Supras] Alternator went out

This sucks... I've been working on the AFM issue and then my alternator goes out. I was trying to fix the headlight sprayers because they just stopped spraying and started pooring out from the bumper. I had the radio on and everything was fine. I only had the stereo on for about 45 min which usually isn't an issue. I went to start the car and it ran out of juice. No big deal... My friend pulls his Ford Exploder up and we jump my car. Everything goes fine. We leave my house and go to gas station where I put $40 in and almost fill up the tank. I go to start it and it barely starts. Then after about 30 seconds the battery light comes on and the tail light failure light comes on and the lights dim. I rev it up and every thing brightens up for about 30 seconds then back to dim lights. So I decided that I would take it back home. On the way there the lights were dim and the battery light stayed on everytime I came to an idle.

I have a brand new Duralast Gold battery. The alternator I think was replaced once before. It could be the battery but I haven't had to time to test it yet. It was 10pm when this all happened and I didn't feel like messing with it yet. I have the alternator pulled out and I'm going to test the brand new battery and the alternator.
