[Supras] Idle issue after installing lexus AFM.

I didn't install 550s. I just hooked the AFM up. It allows me to boost 
higher as it eliminates the boost cut. Anyone know how much a set of 550s 
would cost me. Or would I even be able to use them with out a an AFC?

Here are my mods:

AEM Air filter
Cooleez intake(replaced the accordian hose)
BIC 3" DP
Magnaflow highflow cat
3" wickedflow muffler
Greddy B-Spec Profec-II Boost controller
ACT 4puck clutch

...as far as the rest of the motor goes, its all stock

should i try replacing the fuel filter? I don't think it has ever been 
replaced and it has a rough start in the mornings which is normally a sign 
of a clogged fuel filter. At least with my experience.
