[Supras] radiator overflow tank relocation

I have a smaller battery in my car, and mounted the overflow tank right next to it.  Fits perfectly and looks like it came that way from the factory.  Actually, it probably should have, instead of sitting in front of the radiator blocking the airflow.

I spent saturday working on my new car some more and got the FMIC 
mounted up behind the bumper now.
now my issue is where to place the radiator overflow tank since it no 
longer fits. I dont know if theres a location i should aim for mounting 
it as my other options were to get a smaller one from Jegs or just 
hacking out some of the container to make it shorter.
