[Supras] few questions on engine swap...

 hey i have a 88 non-turbo automatic crappy i know but im lookin to drop a 1jz-gte or heh if possible a 2jz. im unsure of what is needed. anyone know major components other then like 1jz with auto cpu's and wireing harnesss? sorry kinda new to major things i do some stuff myself but swaps is too hard. any info would be great.
 and 2nd thing is im lookin for interior panel possibly black or best way to change the color of them?
