i'm not sure of the thread but I've recently figured out the stock nuts aren't welded into place well as two of mine have broken loose inside the unibody....bummer I know and figure on havin to dremel/die grinder cut a hole to remove the old and install the new. I seriously considering eliminating the rubber insulation of the mount as well as the one, soon to be two solid motor mounts haven't caused uncomfortable amounts of vibration (I had rotating assembly balanced during engine rebuild).
Sorry I couldn't be more help but I wasn't able to easily locate the aforementioned bolts in the parts breakdown at http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/Library/EPC/291220/ where I usually find the details courtesy of a fellow SOGIite

Subject: [Supras] Trans Mount Bolts
At the rear of the trans there is a cross brace that holds a rubber mount.
It attaches to the car with four bolts going into threaded inserts in the
chassis.
Does anyone know what size these four bolts are, or were supposed to be? 8mm
is too loose and 10mm is a no go.
The is a strong possibility that someone re-tapped these four holes to
something other then stock (3/8 ?) . I got the car as a roller so this is a
unknown.
