[Supras] Vacume Hose Question

Folks,
 
I am actually putting the 87-89 turbo Supra track day car back together.
It's been about 5 years since it was all taken apart to use a different
roller chassis.
 
First of many hose related questions I have.
 
1) On the power steering pump there is a plastic valve with two (2) places
for vacuum lines to attach.  One line is from the steel hose that crosses the
front of the engine.  Where does the other line come from?
