[Supras] 1 piece driveshafts??

It seems that there is enough long-term experience with the 1-piece driveshafts here to say they work well and are reliable. Any thoughts as to why Toyota didn't do that in the first place? It seems like a much simpler solution than the 2-piece driveshaft with a center support bearing.

I sold dozens of those things when I lived in Tulsa...they work fantastic.

I'll get one for my 87T "Forever Project" this summer im sure.

Just gotta get the details worked out..like..make the headlights work.
